My favorite's probably pyromancer, because that was essentially my S3 life mage. Those builds are just a tad slow for my tastes. Pandemonium Fever - At the start of battle, this creature Casts Affliction.ĭefiler relies on assassinations from Sin and Sentence, but I think I had some fallbacks in there, and my Doombringer basically nerfs the enemy stats into oblivion while stacking its own accumulated traits. This trait does not stackĭespair - After an enemy loses stats, this creature afflicts it with a random debuff. I have middle of the line Doombringer and Deflier builds that both rely on the simple, stupid, obvious combo of:Ībsolution - After an enemy is afflicted with a debuff, they also lose 15% Attack and Intelligence.

I posted my "infinite turns" Cleric build on this subreddit pretty recently, which I like as a safer build for preventing the enemy from ever getting a turn, but it takes longer to murder the enemy than I generally like. I'd say my Bloodmage Pilwiz build was one of the fastest builds that I ran with in terms of murdering the enemy quickly, but I don't know if the balance patches in the last year have toned that down any. But now that I know more, I'd definitely always advocate for Tribalist as the best starter specialization, since it's really more of a generalization, and therefore the most forgiving in terms of not having too specialized of a build. Mostly only used the two pyromancer perks with burning enemies can't revive and all enemies having burning.ĭefiler was just what I used at the start of the game, didn't really enjoy it too much since battles would take ages what with inflicting everyone with debuffs every time by using affliction. Trickster is pretty nice for a drunk casting spell build, however one of its perk which steals enemy spell gems can majorly mess up your intended spells to be cast. Sorcerer was pretty nice with the time manipulation thing so I'd do more damage with my creature at the top or something like that, had some nice perks.

( succulent scotch, furness decadence, and nature transformation pretty much sums up my witch doctor build what with mimic and wisp stuff along with getting the bafflement anointment from trickster). I've personally gone through defiler, pyromancer, sorcerer, trickster and witch doctor and have to say my favorite has been witch doctor. Just wondering what specialization everyone is using, and has used thus far in their game with whichever one is their favorite.
